All orders accepted adhere to Out-therebikes standard terms and conditions outlined below. No variations upon these terms and conditions will be accepted.

Please note each bike requires minor assembly.

All bikes must be built by a trained PDI technician. Out-therebikes is unable to accept liability in any instance where a bike has not been built by a trained PDI technician.

Orders

All bikes/items are sold as seen on the website. All prices include postage & packaging.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Out-therebikes) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Out-therebikes of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed hat a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

All orders placed on Out-therebikes are subject to stock availability. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been despatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Delivery

All bikes are usually delivered within 4 working days. Although customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to Out-therebikes unfortunately we cannot guarantee this due to third party couriers. We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
A signature must be provided upon acceptance of delivery – do not sign if item is damaged and instruct the driver to return. Once this document has been signed the goods have been deemed fit for purpose and you have accepted on this basis.

Delivery is to UK Mainland only.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. There is an option for delivery outside UK mainland. If you wish to have your bike delivered outside the UK mainland then please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Please note: your bike will not be dispatched until this extra carriage charge has been paid.

We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Returns Policy

All bikes have a 14 day return policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note Out-therebikes can only accept returns if the item is still in its original packaging and unused – if this is not the case we cannot accept the return on this occasion.

Non-warranty items can be returned within 10 days – this is an item that is no longer required, is still in its original packaging and condition. Any damage and all Transportation/Postage costs will be automatically deducted from the customers refund.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible. Due to the tight turnaround of orders Out-therebikes may have already have incurred delivery costs which we will not be able to get back therefore the customer will have to refund these costs to Out-therebikes. A full refund will be given minus the delivery cost (£20) incurred by Out-therebikes due to cancellation.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Warranty

All bikes have a 12 month Manufacturers warranty unless where stated. This warranty does not include labour or transportation costs. Please note the warranty covers defect components and does not cover wear and tear and damage caused due to improper use or for what the product was not intended for.

Payment

Payment is accepted through Paypal only. All payments must be in GB Sterling.

Privacy Policy

Out-therebikes will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. All data collected is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be used without prior consent from the customer.

Colours, Specifications, Weights & Sizes

Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by calibrations of different output devices.
We reserve the right to alter any product specifications without prior notice.
